THE TERMS OF INHABITATION

(Terms of Service)

"By entering The Registry or The Assembly, or by requesting a Sovereign Stride Installation, you agree to these Statutes of Inhabitation (Terms of Service).

I. The Sustenance Covenant (The Subscription)

The Registry (£49/mo) and The Assembly (£199/mo) are recurring subscription services. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe. Under the DMCCA 2024, you will receive a reminder notice 14 days before any annual renewal. You may cancel at any time via your account portal.

II. The Stride (The Digital Content)

The Genesis Transmission consists of digital audio and text instructions. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, once you 'Start your Walk' by accessing this digital content, you acknowledge that your 14-day statutory right to a refund for that period is waived.

III. The Sovereign Stride Installation (Bespoke Service)

The provision of £5,777 is for a 12-week private consultancy service. This is a bespoke contract for the Architect's reserved labor. Once 'The Naming' session has commenced, the service is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to the first session are subject to a 10% administrative recovery fee.

IV. Jurisdictional Boundary

The Architect provides Instruction and Order, not regulated medical, psychological, health, legal or financial advice. You remain the sole Governor of your own life, Household, and Leadership. These Statutes are governed by the laws of England and Wales."
